eHealth Consultations are available online with our WiseMEDS-approved licensed integrative medicine physicians using a HIPAA-compliant video chat platform. eHealth Consultations are intended to be educational in nature, and are not a replacement for primary care services.

How long is an eHealth Consultation?

A typical eHealth Consultation is 30 minutes. During this time, your Comprehensive Wellness Evaluation is reviewed, personal health goals are clarified, and your questions are addressed. Examples of issues that may be discussed during an eHealth consultation include diet and lifestyle changes, strategies to reduce risk of disease or chronic illness, nutrient support measures, or a discussion of lab test results and education regarding findings.

How much does it cost?

The cost for an eHealth Consultation is only $130. No insurance needed! We do not bill insurance for eHealth Consultations and so we are able to offer reduced out-of-pocket costs for these visits, compared to the usual cost of an office visit billed to insurance. Your cost is the same, even on nights, weekends, or holidays.

Are eHealth Consultations online secure?

Yes, they are private, secure, and HIPAA-compliant. Protection of your personal information is our priority. We use the Zoom video platform for eHealth Consultations. Please click here to download the Zoom application prior to your appointment so that you will be on time.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, once you purchase the eHealth Consultation, you will receive a personalized link to schedule your appointment within 24-48 hours. When you receive your personalized link, it will remain valid for 90 days. There is generally appointment availability within 1-2 days after receiving the link to schedule the eHealth Consultation.
