Shipping & Returns

  1. SHIPPING POLICY:
    1. We endeavor to ship all domestic orders within 1-2 days of receipt. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Fridays will be shipped the following business day. Shipping charges in the continental United States are a flat rate fee based on delivery method and shipping time.
      1. USPS Media Mail shipping is $8.95 and shipping time is approximately 4-10 days. All USPS shipments include a tracking number and will be sent to the email address on file once the items are shipped.
      2. UPS Ground shipping is $16.95 and shipping time is approximately 3-5 days. UPS 2nd Day Air is $35.95 and shipping time is approximately 1-2 days. All UPS shipments include a tracking number and will be sent to the email address on file once the items are shipped.
    2. Any order being shipped in the continental United States over $150 is eligible for free UPS Ground shipping.
  2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
    1. Unfortunately, we no longer are able to ship internationally. 
  3. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
    1. If an item ordered is out of stock, you will receive the remainder of your order with the out of stock item on backorder. We will ship the out of stock item as soon as it is available, usually within 10–14 business days. You will only be charged for your out of stock item when it is shipped.
  4. CANCELLATIONS:
    1. If you need to cancel a recent order, please contact us at info@wisemeds.com.
  5. REFUND POLICY:
    1. Please first email info@wisemeds.com to coordinate returns. We offer a 14-day, return period for unopened products received in original packaging. Heat-sensitive and perishable items are not eligible for return. 
    2. A refund will be processed upon receipt of return package. Return shipping is paid by the customer. eCourses and eBooks are final sale.
    3. Large returns may be subject to a handling fee.
    4. Xymogen brand products are processed separately by Xymogen who unfortunately has a no refund policy.
